We are currently recruiting for the remaining roles in Transport & Infrastructure for our 2024 Graduate Development Programme.

Bridges - Belfast, Basingstoke, Carlisle, Truro, Leeds, Newcastle or Exeter (MEng Civil Engineering/MEng Structural Engineering)

Asset Management - London or Birmingham (MEng Civil Engineering/MEng Engineering/Finance/Maths)

Rail Stations - Guildford (MEng Mechanical Engineering/MEng Mechatronic Engineering)

Rail Engineering Services (Electrification & Power) - Manchester (MEng Electrical Engineering)

Project Management, Commercial Management - London or Manchester (STEM backgrounds)

Quantity Surveying - London or Cardiff (BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management)

You'll be graduating in 2024 or you may have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (listed in the above disciplines)

You'll be looking to start work in April or September. However please note that we don't recruit for all Sectors and Specialists in April.

You'll ideally have less than 1.5 years relevant experience

You'll be passionate with the curiosity and creativity to solve problems

You'll want to stretch and inspire us, speaking up about any new ideas you have

You'll want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice

You'll have excellent communication skills

You'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues

You'll have confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise and plan effective
