We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time administrative assistant. This role involves providing ad hoc assistance with administrative duties, supporting partners in running a successful letting business. A car owner and driver are preferred for this role., 1.

Conducting Viewings: Showcase properties to potential tenants, highlighting unique architectural features and design elements. An interest in architecture will be advantageous in effectively communicating the aesthetic appeal of each property.

Completing Inventories: Document and maintain comprehensive inventories of properties ensuring accurate records.

Administrative Duties: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to responding to emails, managing appointments, and maintaining organised records. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations.

Social Media Development: Utilise social media platforms to enhance the online presence of our properties. Your understanding of architectural trends and design can contribute to creating engaging content that highlights the unique aspects of each property.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
