We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated part time Office Administrator to join our team. As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting our Maintenance Team and play a crucial role in the effective running of the team.,

Prioritising and allocating maintenance tasks in a timely and effective manner

Coordinate maintenance rotas for all maintenance staff for Toast Maintenance

Liaise with office to identify any repair or maintenance needs

Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations

Maintain accurate records of property maintenance activities

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly

Liaise with the Accounts department regarding costings and invoicing

Stock management and ongoing monitoring

Ensure compliance with legislation, property certificates and safety standards maintained

Ability to prioritise workload

Collaborate with property owners to ensure their satisfaction with property conditions

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of Word and Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and staff simultaneously

Previous experience in working for a trade company or related field is preferred, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)

Driving Licence (preferred)
