Full Job Description
Regen Solutions are currently looking for a Void Supervisor to join a reputable maintenance contractor around the Littlehampton area.
This is a permanent position for a Supervisor to join a well Contractor who provide some fantastic career benefits; Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.
You will be part of a team of Supervisors who cover void & reactive repairs. You will be responsible for a team of around 10 Operatives and sub contractors.
The role is to manage and deliver all void projects on the patch (empty homes/refurbs), this includes managing sub-contractors, finances of individual contracts, and overseeing the administration for landlord certification
You will be confident to give advice to operatives on complex jobs and hard fixes and will be responsible for interacting and engaging regularly and taking ownership of developing capability and ongoing professional development of the individuals in the team.
