Full Job Description

  • You will be involved in all production and installation aspects of the business offering a varied role.

  • Training will be provided on the job and through our online learning management system.

  • Training provided for all sign making, using a wide range of substrates including ACM, Acrylics, Metals, Wood, Vinyl and Foam PVC, etc.

  • You will have the capability to handle heavy and awkward shape materials and be confident working at height off ladders, scaffolding and access lifts.

  • Ability to handle power tools and various machinery under instruction.

  • Installation on-site at various locations alongside our experienced members of staff.

  • Hands-on training of vehicle, window and wall graphic installations.

  • Application of window and wall graphics.

  • Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are understood and followed to the highest level (training provided).

  • Follow all company health and safety procedures to ensure all signage solutions are fitted safely and securely.

  • Providing outstanding customer service to our clients and others at all times.

    Confident with excellent communication skills.

  • An enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and problem solver.

  • Reliable with good time-keeping and a strong work ethic.

  • Must be comfortable working at heights with various access equipment.

  • Able to work within a small team under instruction.

  • Comfortable with the use of power tools and willingness to learn.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, motivated and a keen eye for detail.

    A local family run Swansea business since 1995, we have continued to grow along with our reputation of offering the best possible signage and graphics products and customer service to all our clients, and now employ a highly specialist team. We provide advice, design and manufacture of a varied range of sign products from vehicle graphics/wraps, wall and window graphics, internal and external signs, PVC banners, health and safety signs, exhibition and displays, to name a few.

    Working Hours: Permanent, full-time position - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (with occasional need to be flexible to work outside these hours if required).
