Full Job Description

We're looking for a driven and outgoing
individual to join our Caravan Sales team, helping our customers to achieve
their dreams of holiday home ownership on one of the sites of Britain's best
loved holiday company.You will be part of a core team delivering on a pivotal part of our business plan.

Working to set targets, you will ask the right questions to ensure potential customers have the information needed to select the right Haven park for them. You will ensure quality on-park appointments are delivered, with the aim of those visits converting to caravan sales.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:

  • Using your sales mentality to convert qualified leads into quality appointments on park

  • Building rapport quickly with customers making enquiries, whether by phone or


  • email
  • Quickly establishing customer needs, and act as a qualified advisor to help them with all the


  • information they require, assisting them in making their choice
  • Following up all appointments after visit

  • Achieving personal and team targets

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and reporting

  • Developing product knowledge and establish strong relationships with Parks, You will work 5 days

  • over 7 in this role, so the role will involve some weekend work on a rota basis.
    You will work one day of the weekend and have one day off during the week.

  • Some experience in a call centre or sales-driven environment

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Ability to build rapport, deliver clear and concise information

  • The ability to discover and respond to the customer's needs, using our Breath
