Full Job Description

In the role of Technical Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.   • Contribute to identify best-fit architectural solutions for two or more Dynamics modules; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution.

  • Work with a culturally diverse group, adopt different styles.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing technical roadmaps that have incorporated a range of business applications, including exposure to ERP and CRM solutions.

  • Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool or SDK

  • Design and Develop End to End architecture for Dynamics 365 and Integration Architecture for to a mix of online and on-premises Dynamics 365 systems.

  • Establish and evolve architectural standards, reference models, guidelines, and principles!

    Must have worked in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Having knowledge on Project Service Automation module will be added advantage.

  • Must have knowledge on CDS / CDM

  • Strong knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, integrations with other systems through various technologies like Azure integration services (Azure functions, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus)

  • Excellent background on Dynamics 365 with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape

  • Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in a typical enterprise environment

  • Experience in architecting cloud and solutions including identity, API management, integration, data migration.

  • Experience with software development and configuration management tools and processes (e.g. Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server)

  • Excellent documentation skills, very good interpersonal skills

  • Working experience with the following technology is must.

  • o SharePoint
    o Visual Studio
    o TFS
    o C#
    o .Net
    o JavaScript
    o Dynamics 365
    o Azure Integration Services
  • Experience in working on Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate) is an added advantage.

  • TOGAF certification is an added advantage.


  • Preferred:
  • Should have been involved in 3-4 full-cycle implementations of Online Dynamics 365 in Sales, Service, Marketing and Field Service Modules
