Hours: Flexible up to maximum of 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year annualised hours. 855 full time equivalent annual teaching hours. We would also consider applications for part time and hourly paid contracts.

Salary: Competitive dependent on skills, experience and qualifications

Reporting to: Curriculum Manager

Primary Location: Northampton, Booth Lane Campus & Daventry

The Role

Planning and delivering lessons across levels 1 to 5 that will engage all students whilst helping them to grasp new and sometimes complex concepts. The role also includes accurately assessing student work in line with the specifications set by the relevant awarding organisations as well as tracking and monitoring student progress.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

  • Qualified to Level 4 or above in Computer Science or similar subject.

  • Teacher training qualification or willingness to work towards

  • A passionate commitment to helping young people develop the skills and knowledge they need to progress to the next level of study or into employment.
