Supply Chain Specialist

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Supply Chain Specialist (known within the business as Critical Parts Lead) (Derby)

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Critical Parts Lead you will be the voice of the customer, working with our suppliers, providing a first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer's needs are understood and managed within our organisation and with our suppliers.

You will be the person dealing with any escalations, issues or concerns and making sure that solutions are agreed in order to support our customers to deliver on time.

You will be an exceptional verbal and written communicator, understanding and actioning customer requirements and dealing with suppliers. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of problem solving and being resilient.

We are interested in people from a Supply Chain background with experience of working with ERP/MRP scheduling systems. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates from an aerospace, car industry or manufacturing background.

· Starting salary between £27,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience
