Full Job Description

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification

  • Good understanding of ITIL processes

  • Lead and own ServiceNow deliveries

  • Guide, mentor and train team members

  • Define and implement best practices

  • Participate in Design, development, and deployment phases in ServiceNow

  • Review team activities

  • Technical experience implementing solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product

  • Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications

    Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications

  • Proficient in Javascript and ServiceNow Javascript APIs

  • Can create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, data policies, UI scripts

  • Can troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues

  • Conduct trainings on ServiceNow

  • Conduct and document due diligence for customer tools, process and projects

  • Experience on core ServiceNow modules like - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management

  • Experience on Java scripting

  • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes

  • Experience in creating and modifying workflows

  • Experience in design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow

  • Experience in documentation and review activities

  • Experience in complex data migration

  • Excellent experience on ServiceNow integrations

  • Experience in creating custom applications

  • Exposure to Discovery and modules like PPM and Release Management

  • Excellent experience in creating customer reports and dashboards

  • Experience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data modelling

  • Experience on LDAP integration

  • Ability to create templates for foundation data, CMDB etc.


  • Essential Skills:
  • Creation of script-based assignment and approval rules.

  • Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.

  • Creation of Glide Record object

  • Creation of custom related list.

  • Creation of Access Control List with the help of Scripting.

  • Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script.

  • Debugging script

  • Creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly

  • Working with complex Log Files.

  • Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service-now.com with the help of Jelly

  • Designing of Macros and Formatters.

  • User Administration

  • Web Service Integration

  • Integration with tools, applications, and systems

  • Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com

  • Good communication and inter-personal skills

  • Good written language and documentation skills


  • Nice to have Skills:
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification preferable
