Full Job Description

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you'll ensure products meet rigorous quality standards prior to release by conducting meticulous testing and reporting according to industry regulations. You'll expertly analyze data, lead investigations to solve problems, and guide your team with training and support when deputising for the Team Leader. Your expertise will help drive process improvements and you will confidently represent the team during inspections and audits. Ultimately, your work is essential to delivering safe, compliant products in a timely fashion.

As a Senior Quality Analyst your duties will include:

  • Conduct analytical testing, reporting, and investigations of finished products.

  • Evaluate and implement new analytical methods and instrumentation.

  • Analyze and present data in clear, understandable formats.

  • Lead area of expertise during regulatory inspections and customer audits.

  • Deliver training to both internal and external QC teams.

  • Lead analytical investigations, collaborating internally and with customers.

    Experience in an analytical laboratory environment.

  • Science degree/HND/NVQ 4 or equivalent experience.

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance.

  • High technical expertise in quality control principles.

  • Experience of using systems such as Empower, LIMS, Deviation is desirable.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Bespak are looking for Senior Quality Analysts for their Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE (a 15-minute walk from the train station). The salary range for this permanent role is between £26k and £31k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life insurance.

    Shift Pattern - Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm / Friday 8:30am to 3:45pm
