Full Job Description

  • Responsible for leading, co-ordinating, planning and executing automation testing activities for our key Insurance-based projects.

  • hands-on coding role in a lead position and the ideal candidate will lead the QA automation effort by example and work with our onshore resources.

  • Engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer products.

  • Element of coaching for current team Members, who effectively will help enable the wider automation attributes to be satisfied alongside you.

  • Hybrid working opportunity, one day per week in the Bexhill office. Flexibility on office location will be considered for the right candidate.

    Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar roles with proven experience as an SDET, developer, or strong Automation Engineer.

  • Proficient in OOP language for tooling (such as Java, C++, C#)

  • Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation.

  • Responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
