Full Job Description

Clinical and Care Professional Leads support south east London-wide and borough programmes of work, therefore, there is an expectation that you currently work within south east London, and for borough based roles, within that borough.

The role provides strong and strategic clinical and professional leadership and implementation support to enable the delivery of the CYP urgent carerequirements set out by NHSE and within the Forward View for CYP in South East London. It aims to deliver safe and effective CYP urgent care services across South East London, working closely with SEL and Place based teams and clinical leads., o Lead, inform and support SEL wide implementation of national and localrequirements and priorities in relation to CYP UECo Clinical input and leadership to the work of SEL UEC Board, and leading the CYP task and finish group (sub group of the UEC Board),o Support implementation of nationally required work across SEL e.g. SDEC pathwayso Provision of specialist knowledge and experience of improvementimplementation to the CYP UEC programme, particularly around the UEC front door,o Convening and liaison with system partners ensuring a robust interfacebetween primary care, community, acute and mental health services
