School Cleaner

We are seeking a school Cleaner to join our dynamic team. As a professional Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the school setting. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a clean and safe environment is paramount.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize classroms, staff rooms, and other common areas

- Emptying bin receptacles and replace liners

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

- Follow established safety procedures and utilize personal protective equipment as required

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

Proven experience in commercial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects like hoovers and mop bucket as needed
