Join our team as a Sales Support Executive and become the driving force behind our exceptional client service at Selecta. In this dynamic role, you'll be the cornerstone of our National Accounts, ensuring our business thrives through your multifaceted expertise in client engagement, administrative excellence, and insightful reporting.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

· Navigate client inboxes and portals with ease.

· Address invoice queries promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.

· Provide pivotal administrative support for new business initiatives, contract drafting, and client enhancement proposals.

· Generate precise and timely management reports to steer business decisions.

· Forge robust internal relationships and champion the Selecta ethos.

· Meticulously document activities within our proprietary Selecta Systems.

· Embrace a variety of ad-hoc tasks and projects to support our Sales & Operations teams.

· Tailor your support to the unique needs of each client or sector.

· Assist our installations team with essential administrative tasks.

· Calculate and manage lease settlements and upgrades.

· Handle contract terminations and generate accurate settlement figures.

· Master our extensive machine base and product offerings.

· Ensure contracts are impeccably prepared and verified before installation.

· A charismatic and proactive individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

· A self-assured, highly motivated professional who thrives on independent initiative.

· An analytical thinker, comfortable with data, reports, and a keen eye for detail.

· Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory-we provide comprehensive training.

· Proficiency in data analysis and crafting compelling presentations.

· A good grasp of commercial practices is advantageous.

· Someone who can seamlessly manage processes from start to finish.

· A candidate with robust Microsoft Office skills.
