Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Operational Finance, you'll implement and embed internal controls, ensuring compliance and mitigating financial risk. You'll coordinate risk management activities, supporting business operations and meeting compliance requirements.

  • Develop annual plans to prioritize financial compliance.

  • Champion a robust internal control framework.

  • Coordinate implementation and updates.

  • Serve as the SME, supporting efficient controls and processes.

  • Manage assessments and testing of controls.

  • Ensure consistency with Group policies.

  • Identify and support remediation plans for control deficiencies.

  • Prepare required reports for compliance.

  • Maintain relationships with auditors.

  • Coordinate local and group reporting on risks.

    Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Qualified Accountant with internal controls/risk management experience.

  • Knowledge of SOX.

  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

  • Commercial awareness and ability to communicate effectively.
