If you're looking for your next career move, why not consider a career as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with us?

Taking clinical ownership of your service user case load, by creating, managing, and continually reviewing their bespoke care plans, which are all tailored to meet their individual needs.

Working closely alongside the operational team you will lead on the delivery of training for our Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring they are competent and confident in delivering every aspect of their role, including the specific clinical tasks required for each of your services users. Each application will be considered in line with the needs of our local teams, but it is essential that you are a qualified paediatric nurse with a valid NMC Pin, have a minimum of 2 years' experience post qualification and are a driver with access to a vehicle.

In addition to this, you'll be responsible for providing ongoing mandatory training and development to ensure our healthcare professionals are trained to national standards and up to date with the latest requirements and best practice guidance.

It's a specialist role that requires clinical expertise along with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads. We're looking for someone who shares our values and is as passionate about care as we are.

We are confident that by joining our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, we can offer you the work-life balance that you have been seeking by offering you core working hours between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The salary for this role is up to £45,000, which is in line with NHS Band 6/7 role.

You'll be part of our bonus scheme where you could earn up to £3,000 and also enjoy our sector-leading reward and recognition scheme., The role is predominantly Monday to Friday 9-5, with some flexibility to meet the specific needs of your caseload, but you will always receive time back.
