About the Role

Are you a capable Marketeer ready to join a fantastic team and take charge of our regional marketing function?

Do you have a passion for property marketing? We are seeking an individual with residential property experience to join our expanding marketing team at Allison Homes East Region.

As the Regional Marketing Manager for the East region, you'll play a pivotal part in driving the region's marketing strategy, ensuring marketing activity across all sites enhances lead volumes and sales. This is a fast-paced environment and you'll be working closely with the Regional Sales team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales and Marketing Director, and working closely to align all strategies with the Group Marketing Department.   • Work collaboratively with agency partners delivering PR, signage, social, photography, advertising, media, digital

  • Manage creation and roll out of all new site sales setup requirement including brochureware, marketing suites, showhomes and signage

  • Manage and coordinate all community engagement strategies including sponsorship and charity contributions

  • Manage regional Marketing and advertising activity for all live and coming soon sites

  • Utilise market data and insight to develop & deliver site specific marketing plans with agency partners

  • Monitor and measure the performance of all campaigns and driving continuous improvement

  • Maximise website effectiveness by driving improvement and managing website updates via Group Digital Coordinator

  • Develop and deliver social media, digital and CRM campaigns as part of integrated marketing approach

  • Manage, monitor & report on regional marketing budget, ensuring that all costs are monitored and approved

  • Ensure that all collateral is proof-read, approved and assets and content are of the highest standard

  • Ensure marketing plans are aligned to group activity and delivered with consistency adherence guidelines

  • Actively working on new marketing initiatives and projects in order to continuously improve marketing efficiencies

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders i.e. Sales team, approved agencies, Regional Marketing Manager, Technical team

  • Lead monthly marketing meetings and participate in regional marketing meeting/calls

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of site marketing presentation and Show Home launches

  • Proactively visit developments to support sales delivery and where needed assess performance with "Sales and Marketing Action Plans"

    Strong B2C marketing experience or marketing qualification

  • Previous experience in a property marketing role

  • Experience of campaign planning and working across a range of channels including digital and more traditional offline channels

  • A good understanding of website best practice and using Open Source CMS systems such as WordPress

  • Experience using Google Analytics and reporting

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to use data to drive continuous improvement

  • Experience running E-marketing campaigns via platforms such as Spotler, Hubspot or Mailchimp

  • Good IT skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sharepoint, Canva)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good time management skills and proven ability to manage various stakeholders at a time

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to be proactive and work under pressure

  • A good knowledge or interest in the construction and residential property industry

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
