Full Job Description
About the Receptionist role;
- Welcoming guests to the Resort
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
- Responding to day-to-day enquires
- Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for our Guests arrival on Resort
- Having a strong Resort knowledge
- Dealing with guests queries either face-to-face, by email, and over the telephone
- Completing daily administrative duties
- Using in-house systems, alongside Word and Excel
- A full-time position working 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7
- All straight shifts
- Reception is open between the hours of 8am - 10pm, 7 days per week
- Being a friendly and approachable team member, helping guests with any questions or queries they may have
- Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and presentable, creating a professional first impression
