  • Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our guests.

  • The ideal person will have at least 1 years' experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

    The reception desk is manned from 7 am to 11 pm 7 days so we require flexibility in availability to work. Shifts are 5 out of 7.

    Early 7 am to 3 pm

    Mid 10am to 6pm

    Late 3 pm to 11 pm

    Duties will include:
  • Ensuring efficient friendly service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone enquiries effectively.


  • Ensure all reception staff are fully aware of the booking procedures to maximise the sale and revenue in the hotel.


  • Co-operating with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request.


  • Ensure the front desk is kept presentable and staffed at all times.


  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and the local area.


  • You and your team will be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company standards.


  • Responsible for the reception team with regards to training, maintaining consistant standards and contributing towards good team morale.
