Quality Engineer I [Farnborough, UK]

Under moderate supervision, having been adequately trained, perform all tasks in area of responsibility in a timely and efficient manner. Support aircraft inspection/quality/certification system requirements to ensure all aspects of the quality system requirements are compliant to in-service limitations for Repair Station activities.,

• Ensure compliance to all regulatory and Quality System Requirements to include Part 145, Part M, Part 21 and ISO .



• Provide technical guidance and direction to supported organizations and/or administrative personnel. .



• Manage entry of data contained within the electronic systems to assure accurate status reporting of supplier surveys, product/process audits, aircraft status or quality system performance.



• Validate compliance of required. corrective action implementation for timeliness and effectiveness.



• Develop and maintain specific work instructions for functions performed within the group.



• Monitor and report on the inspection and quality system performance.


Additional Functions:

• Ensure Quality policies are practiced. Make recommendations and implement procedures to improve Quality. .



• Work with other departments as needed to meet quality compliance of processes. .


Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in a related curriculum preferred. Entry level position.,
• Preferred knowledge of Quality Management Control System requirements.



• Computer literate; capable of working within the various software applications utilized throughout the corporation.



• Preferred knowledge of Quality Systems, Quality Control, Blueprints, Quality Documentation and applicable documentation.



• Preferred specific experience working with Quality Systems/Quality Control.
