Production Scheduler

We are looking for a skilled Production Scheduler to join us at our Louth - Grimsby Road site. In this role you will work alongside the Supply Chain Manager to plan the production schedule, ensuring maximum efficiency and fulfilling customer delivery requirements. You'll also collaborate with the Shift Managers and their production teams to understand capacity and plan jobs effectively, avoiding or quickly resolving any production issues on shift. There will be a further requirement to cover other sites remotely in the Cluster on an ad hoc basis once full training is complete.
As a main point of contact in the business for several stakeholders, you'll have an excellent opportunity to showcase and develop your communication and organisation skills and will be contributing to the success of a large number of organisations!
The shift pattern for this role is:
4 on 4 off: 2 days, 2 nights, 6am - 6pm and then 6pm - 6am

• Understanding of the manufacturing industry


• Ability to work on multiple projects in an organised manner


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Proven experience operating in a fast-paced customer service environment
