Full Job Description

This is a hands-on role requiring the successful candidate to develop an understanding of our products and solutions and to work with all teams within the business to maintain existing products and bring new courses to market. Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end project management for product updates and new releases. This involves coordinating with subject matter experts, our product development team, and overseeing creation/updating of products, pricing, and communication across all systems and stakeholders.

  • Manage relationships with existing 3rd party partners and the onboarding of new 3rd party suppliers and partners.

  • Liaise directly with all external Accreditation bodies, Examination Institutes and IP owners to stay current with latest accreditation standards and updates from IP owners.

  • Liaise directly with Marketing to provide product information relating to new product & existing products for campaign use

  • Provide day-to-day support Sales to answer product questions, providing updates on changes and training on new products

  • Work with Operations to co-ordinate resourcing and scheduling for new courses

  • Provide support to other ILX departments and undertake other tasks and duties as required

    The successful candidate will demonstrate a wide range of skills in order to create, maintain and evolve the ILX product portfolio. This is a diverse role that requires you to work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate success in the role by balancing the management of day-to-day requests with their own personal objectives to deliver projects on time., Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with people at all levels

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Problem-solving with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Conscientious with good attention to detail

  • Energy and enthusiasm


  • Desirable skills / experiences
  • Prior experience in project administration and or experience in the training or education industry would be advantageous.
