Patient Catering Supervisor (XN03)

A full job description is attached but key duties include: Supervise the patient catering service provision in relation to the RADU and its activities. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and reporting systems and be able to mitigate risks against service delivery. Organising resources including staffing, technical equipment, stationary materials. Be responsible for the raising of stock orders to match the service needs using current & historical uptake levels Responsibility for managing staff, including conduct, health and wellbeing/attendance, annual leave, induction, appraisals, task performance management, training and development, maintaining safe staffing levels, work planning, updating staff and pay related records. Participate in the development of new procedures and changes to service provision. Be a principle point of contact to address patient catering related issues or complaints and provide suitable resolutions. Carry out assessments and audits for assurance and to
improve service delivery Utilise all technical systems for the efficient and effective management and delivery of all patient catering services.
