Full Job Description

Office based telephony Partnerships Account Manager with occasional travel to accounts as and when required.

To grow and develop Age Partnerships business - to - business referral proposition and stimulate additional referral volumes from across the network.

To promote the entire range of Age Partnerships services with a particular focus on equity release, pension income and LPA.

Key Outputs

  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with a view to increasing referral volumes through existing channels

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your Accounts

  • Plan, develop and deliver a regional targeting and sales strategy, appropriately prioritising sales prospects to deliver the best results

  • Overseeing partner account management, including supporting the Head of Partnerships negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit

  • Review, track, and forecast key account metrics using Management information and data analysis

  • Identify and engage new introducers and affiliate partners to generate additional referrals into the business

  • To adopt a multi - channel approach to prospecting, utilising all available tools to increase the companys reach

  • Ensure that Age Partnership is providing the best referral service available in the fields of independent equity release advice and our range of pension income services

  • Identify opportunities to improve Age Partnerships systems and customer experience

  • Work closely with various internal teams (including Customer Services, IT and Marketing) to identify new opportunities and ensure the effective delivery of B2B tools and communications

  • Provide exhibition and event support

  • Promote Age Partnership as the very best in its field at all times

  • To help build Age Partnerships brand within the financial services sector such that it becomes synonymous with excellence

  • Other ad - hoc duties as required by the business from time to time

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stake holders at different levels

  • A proven track record of delivering results, being able to spot opportunities and take advantage of them

  • Ability to multitask several account responsibilities simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly numerate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Experience of working in a regulated financial services environment

  • Excellent organisational and time - management skills, General education


  • Degree - level education or equivalent and financial services qualifications are preferable; however, the candidates experience and qualifications will be judged as a whole.

    Financial services qualifications

    Additional Financial Services qualifications would be beneficial CeMAP, CeRER, FPC (Financial Planning Certificate)

    Package

    £25 - 32k Basic plus bonus. Travel expenses will be covered when needed.

    Hours of work

    37.5 hours per week (hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).,
