Night Care Assistant

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is a rewarding role that allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of others., Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support individuals with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Follow care plans and ensure individual needs are met
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of home care or care home settings is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills for record keeping purposes
- Proficient in English language,
