- Work with all departments to understand the benefits of the Ciceley business
- Understand our areas and opportunities within them for servicing, parts sales, van sales and trucks sales
- Open the door to new customers who may never before have considered a Mercedes-Benz
- Explain and demonstrate the key benefits of Mercedes-Benz and Ciceley
- Maximise the potential of package selling by promoting the advantages of Mercedes-Benz R&M contracts, low whole life costs and product reliability
- Demonstrate all aspects of the Mercedes-Benz product to the customer including body specifications using all the available marketing materials and demonstrators where possible
- Gain a full customer profile identifying their exact requirements
- Analyse parts sales to identify opportunities with current customers
- Maintain a holistic view of every customer and the full opportunities potential
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout entire customer journey through to repurchase

Ciceley Commercials Ltd is looking for the right person to join their Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Sales Team in Carlisle. Ultimately responsible for Truck Sales the successful candidate will be promoting our wide range of Commercial Vehicle Services including Servicing, Parts and Van Sales, Join multi-award-winning Ciceley Commercials Ltd as a Business Development Executive and you will find that you are working with a team that drives the standard in customer care selling the most technologically advanced trucks and vans in the market. You will be joining our sales team at the most exciting time for the industry as we embark upon our electric truck journey, selling and supporting our class leading Commercial Vehicles with the latest electric, zero emission truck technology.
