Full Job Description

Due to our impressive consistent growth and strong ambitions within the Opus group, we are currently recruiting for an ambitious Managed Print BDM in our Digital team who will be responsible for generating and signing new business clients. However, Opus will support you with new business leads and access to existing accounts.

WHAT? This Role

  • Salary of £35k + Uncapped commission + Bonuses

  • 25 Days Holiday + UK Bank Holidays

  • Optional Hybrid working


  • As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting and agreeing sales targets

  • Meeting requirements set down in the annual sales plan

  • Handling any company generated opportunities with diligence and professionalism

  • Maintaining client relationships

  • Maintaining proper client and prospect records and database

  • Continuing with product and technical training to keep current with developments in Print Management arena

  • Representing the department and company in a professional courteous and dignified a manner


  • Other organisations may call this role Digital Sales Manager, IT Sales Consultant, Sales Account Advisor, Print Account Executive or Senior Sales Account Manager for print

    Minimum 3 years sales experience within the print management industry (including leasing)

  • Ability to understand the effects of technical advances in relation to client benefits

  • Competent with Microsoft office package

  • Exposure to CRM database packages

  • Working knowledge of I.T Networks and Topologies useful

  • High level of personal motivation.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • Positive attitude and behaviour, as well as trustworthy, credible and reliable nature
