Full Job Description

The Kanga mission is to inspire and support all children to be the very best they can be, physically, mentally and socially. Today's children may be the first generation to have a shorter life expectancy than their parents. We know active children do better and we know that the first ten years of a child's life provide a critical window for creating a lifelong commitment to physical activity.

Less than 50% of children leave primary school without basic swimming skills which is alarmingly high and is predicted to increase. We understand that swimming is not just a sport, but a vital life skill, contributing to a child's overall health, well-being, and confidence

To combat this we created Kanga Swim, and we deliver the Swim:ED program. We provide a pop-up pool solution and high-quality swimming lessons directly on primary school sites, enabling children to develop these essential skills in a supportive and familiar environment. Kanga is looking for a dedicated, proactive, and passionate Swim Operations Manager to support this mission and ensure more children are confident and safe in the water.
