Full Job Description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line quality support for both hardware and software for College staff and students, complying with IT Technician working practices and policies

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for software used within the College networks

  • Carry out the installation and configuration of all new computer hardware and software to ensure operation to the highest quality standard

  • Manage network users on Active Directory, and Azure Active Director/EntraID and InTune within set guidelines

  • Work on any college site as required

    Qualified at level 3 or above in IT or related discipline

  • Proven track record of working as an IT Technician or a similar role

  • Driving license required
