The Role:

The role of Internal IT Manager within Technimove is a hands-on role and is directly responsible for the smooth running of all internal infrastructure, operating systems and commercial off the shelf (COTS) applications, providing an internal and externally facing support desk, and managing internal improvement projects and remediation activities to their successful conclusion.

The IT Manager will develop and manage processes to ITIL standards ensuring a professional approach to all incidents, changes, and service requests.

Be a focal point for the team completing peer reviews regularly and ensuring very high standards across the team.

Must be eligible for Security Clearance and adhere to Technimove policies and GDPR Best practices.

  • AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.

  • MS-203 Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

  • Fortinet NSE4 or greater.

  • ITIL v4 Foundation.

  • ILM L5 (Training will be provided).

  • Desirable:
    One or more of:
  • AZ-700 Azure Network Engineer Associate.

  • SC-300 Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

  • MD-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

  • MS-700 Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

  • MS-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

  • SC-400 Microsoft Certified: information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate


  • Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience of working to formal SLAs delivered through IT Helpdesk or Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.

  • Proven track record of working with, and strong technical experience in managing:


  • o Wintel infrastructure (Server 2016+ and associated services, Win10/11, DNS, AD, DHCP, etc.).

    o Azure/365 administration.

    o Clustered Virtualisation (VMware).

    o Networking concepts (Subnet, vLAN, routing, Wi-Fi).

    o Firewall administration.

    o Intune / Autopilot.
  • Demonstrable exposure to M365 applications, especially Messaging, Teams and SharePoint, alongside a thorough understanding of end point administration and deployment.
