Intensive Family Support Team Manager for Children North East

Children North East are looking for an experienced proactive individual to become part of the operational management team. We are looking to appoint a full time Intensive Family Support Team Manager who has significant experience working with babies, children and families in a variety of settings to enhance our current work.

You will manage the day-to-day planning, delivery, recording, monitoring and evaluation of three projects:

S. A.F.E project. - Delivering family support and therapeutic support to children who have been victims of sexual abuse.

Little Minds in Mind - Our infant mental health and parent infant relationship programme in Newcastle

Intensive Family support - Delivering bespoke family interventions.

You will ensure day-to-day line management support for all staff delivering interventions including students and volunteers. This role will work closely with the Operational lead for Therapeutic support to develop our offer.
