HR Administrator

In this role you will be assisting the HR team and acting as a first point of contact for all customers to the

Human Resources team. You will be the primary contact and systems administrator for queries, to ensure

accurate HR records on all employees, and to provide HR reports as required.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing and maintaining personnel records



• Maintaining internal databases (e.g. absence records)



• Preparing HR documents, e.g. employment contracts, offer letters



• Preparing all other changes or amendments to T&C's



• Processing new starters:



• Collecting right to work documents



• Drafting, emailing and posting starter packs and documents



• Setting up on systems (Act In Time and People HR)



• Updating spreadsheets and databases



• Requesting and providing references



• Completing the HR Admin elements of the Induction / preparing 'goody bags' for each new starter



• Processing leavers: completing leaver forms, drafting resignation acknowledgments, collecting exit


questionnaires


• Printing, scanning and filing personnel documents



• Tracking probation periods and drafting relevant documentation



• Running daily and weekly absence reports
  
  Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• CIPD (preferred)
