Full Job Description

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a full-time Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our fast -growing horticultural teams. We are based out of Iver, Buckinghamshire, you will be working in and around the local county areas of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire on some of the most prestigious large estates and manor houses along with commercial and residential properties.

We are looking for a physically fit, enthusiastic, and motivated team player who has:

Must Haves:

· Horticultural qualification of at least level 3 or above

· Experience in running a small team of up to three operatives

· Working closely with the grounds maintenance manager following a bespoke plan that covers all aspects of grounds maintenance.

· Experience in using relevant equipment and machinery required for managing large gardens.

· Full UK driving licence with experience of driving 3.5t vehicles

· PA1 & PA6 chemical spraying certificate

· Experience in lawn maintenance including granular feed application, scarification & aeration.

    £28,500 - £32,500 a year - Full-time, The successful candidate will be joining an accomplished company who care for and value their staff, along with a competitive rate of pay. There is bundles of overtime available should you want it.
