Front of House Manager - 12 month FTC

As the Front of House Manager you will promote a positive environment where colleagues are multi skilled to ensure our guests always receives the friendliest and most efficient service possible, while also positively approaching any sales opportunity. Working closely with your team, you'll make sure that all colleagues are aware of each day's business such as any VIPs of the day and any special requirements that may be needed.

• You have Reception / Front of House management experience ideally within a similar sized hotel


• You have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with people, which is vital for this role when liaising with both guests and various different departments and teams across the Hotel


• You have the ability to motivate and inspire team members, encouraging them to put their heart and soul in to creating memorable moments for our guests


• You are able to delegate effectively and have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills


• Experience of using both Opera and Forth would be advantageous
