Front of House Apprentice AMALFI WHITE LIMITED

This position is for someone who wants to learn the way of hospitality & be trained to the highest standard within a front of house operative role.

On a day-to-day basis you will be learning & trained to do the duties below;

• Set up the restaurant for the day or evening


• Make sure menus are printed & up to date


• Learn how to host & seat guests


• Learn how to take orders


• Carry drinks & food to the correct tables


• Learn how to use the tills


• Depending on age, apprentice may learn how to make cocktails and how the bar works


• Close the front of house down at the end of the night


• Learn to cash up (supported by the on shift manager)


• Help and support the weddings & events team
  
  This apprenticeship will be completed by working 4 days per week onsite with the employer, learning the job role and gaining valuable work experience, and then 1 day per week attending Derby College to complete coursework and assessments.


English and Maths Functional Skills may be completed alongside the apprenticeship if necessary, however, passing this will be mandatory to receive the apprenticeship qualification., GCSE or equivalent English (Grade E/2 or above) Essential
