Farm Shop Manager

We are looking for a Farm Shop Manager to manage our two busy farm shops. This is a very busy department on the farm so you must be able work quickly and efficiently under pressure with a smile on your face! You will need good customer service skills and you will be expected to use a computerised till system. In this role, you will assist with the day to day running of our farm shop, and the management of stock and staff.

This is a temporary contract for July & August. 6 days a week with some weekend work included.,

• Team management of both the shop and warehouse


• Stock control and wastage management


• Liaising with the stock buyer


• General administration duties


• Ensuring the shop is clean and presentable for customers


• Create a friendly atmosphere and deliver top quality customer service


• Liaise with our supply chain to ensure consistent management of stock

  This role has a flexible working pattern, with shifts throughout both the week and weekend. We are looking for someone who can start from the begining of July and work through until the end of August.
