Estimator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Estimator at PGE Landscaping Ltd. The Estimator will work closely with the Sales and Operations team to provide accurate, competitive and detailed quotations based on plans supplied by clients or third party designers and architects. Responsibilities include estimating costs, analysing project requirements, conducting site visits, collaborating with suppliers, and liaising with clients to update them on tenders and convert business.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Estimator in the construction industry


• Proficient in using industry-specific software for cost estimation


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong knowledge of landscaping materials and techniques


• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team


• Excellent time management skills


• Full UK Drivers Licence
