Full Job Description

  • To package and submit all ECO project submissions paperwork to funding partners.

  • Compliance check customer eligibility, survey and install paperwork.

  • Register certification and warranty for projects using online software.

  • Liaising with onboarded installers for submissions update.

  • Working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork is uploaded in the allocated timescales.

  • Communicate with other departments, reporting any discrepancies and helping to resolve.

    ECO experience preferable but not essential.

  • Excellent eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to prioritise and manage own time and workload to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Flexibility.

  • Excellent IT skills and confident using different technology systems.

  • Organised and able to multitask.

  • Good problem-solving skills - able to analyse problems and make sound decisions.
