Full Job Description

You will support the data requirements for the team by undertaking data importing, reconciliation and training on our Database. Evolving processes and systems to optimize efficiency. You will also work with the team to ensure high standards of data quality and integrity is maintained. You will help:

  • Ensure data is imported from multiple internal and external sources promptly and accurately.

  • Proactively seek out opportunities to increase the efficiency of processes, tools and systems.

  • Work with the team and with colleagues in finance to ensure accurate timely processing of income, reconciliation between systems.

  • Setting up campaigns including gathering requirements, liaising with agencies, setting campaign up on the system, testing and resolving data issues when campaign is live.

  • Provide initial and ad-hoc training for new users and ensure that training is kept up to date to reflect new requirements.
