Contract Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting, and execution. This is a key role within our organisation, ensuring the successful implementation and compliance of contracts., Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Draft and prepare contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract deliverables are met
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation
- Resolve any contractual disputes or issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in contract management

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
