Full Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to support throughout all stages of the Commercial lifecycle. You will be delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with high volumes of work in a fast-paced and varied environment.
Responsibilities
You will:
• Deliver and coordinate the administration of the team, including but not limited to purchase to pay user capability and JAGGAER eSourcing
• Raise purchase orders and contracts
• Assist users across the business with procurement related queries
• Assist Commercial Business Partners in the management and issue of ITT and evaluation paperwork and collation of responses
• Maintain, file and archive documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on all administration and coordination of activity relating to team processes and objectives, In accordance with Home Office guidance, the successful candidate will be required to provide their right to work in the UK before they start employment. Unfortunately, TPR is not able to offer sponsorship at the time. TPR is a UK-based organisation with a working location in Brighton, candidates must live in the UK to be employed by us. The Pensions Regulator is an arm’s length government body and part of the public service.

Security
Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.

• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Highly numerate
• Strong organisational and record keeping skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
