- nsuring that events and functions are prepared for and run smoothly L
- ooking after visiting companies and managing front of house for events/functions & shows W
- orking with visitors and customers with a professional, polite, responsive and friendly manner so that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times D
- ealing with sales and potential room hire enquiries B
- eing knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all arts centre products and services. S
- etting up rooms for meetings/events E
- nsure that the building is secure, clean and tidy P
- erformance basic general maintenance where required O
- pening and locking up and securing the premises as required A
- dministrative duties including checking floats and cashing up T
- o support and assist in the delivery of the programme of events to support the Cultural Strategy.
