Full Job Description

The purpose of this role is to work alongside our field-based recruitment managers to support the future growth of our business through attracting either experienced financial advisers to our Partnership, or high-quality individuals to join our Academy. In doing so, you will be contributing directly to the future growth of our business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Researching, identifying, and attracting high-quality prospects within this target-focused role.

  • Supporting our field-based Recruitment Managers, you'll be expected to create recruitment opportunities through proactive outbound engagement with our marketplace utilising different marketing tools and strategies.

  • Engaging with prospects over the telephone to develop relationships and discuss the opportunity to join our Partnership.

  • Acting as an ambassador for SJP, ensuring that appropriate processes are followed to enable effective engagement with prospects in a controlled and professional manner. Thus, maintaining the image and reputation of SJP and the Partnership.

  • Maintaining and developing knowledge of the industry and marketplace to enhance recruitment efforts.

  • You may come from a financial services or recruitment background or more generally a target-focused or sales role.

    You may be a recent graduate with an eagerness to develop a rewarding career with a leading FTSE 100 Wealth Management organisation.
