Bartender

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

We are seeking a skilled, sociable and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Mr Bigz Flavours. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent time management skills, friendly and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you., Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
