Full Job Description

  • Preparing and serving beverages

  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar

  • Engaging with customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment with a true sense of Northern Hospitality

  • Monitoring and managing stock levels

  • Collaboration with staff members

    Will have an excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixology & spirits

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills


  • Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered

  • Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems and Micros EPOS system


  • Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner

  • Be a team player as well as an individual worker

  • To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times, Being a 'multi-skilled' individual who has previous hospitality experience (bar/restaurant) - minimum x2 years

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered

  • Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner

  • Be a team player as well as an individual worker

  • To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
