Full Job Description
- Preparing and serving beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar
- Engaging with customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment with a true sense of Northern Hospitality
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Collaboration with staff members
Will have an excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixology & spirits - Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
- Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems and Micros EPOS system
- Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker
- To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times, Being a 'multi-skilled' individual who has previous hospitality experience (bar/restaurant) - minimum x2 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
