Full Job Description

As Assistant Project Manager, you will be working alongside Senior Project Managers and Associate Directors to deliver diverse projects from inception to completion.

You will predominately work on sites across the Midlands across a variety of interesting sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, logistics, local authority, public sector, land development along with much more!

This role requires a hands-on approach and will suit someone who is looking to learn and develop whilst working alongside some of the industry's leading knowledgeable professionals.

  • Construction related degree (or equivalent)

  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience with a Construction Consultancy or Contractor

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Naturally strong leadership, motivational and mediation skills

  • Ability to take initiative without guidance

  • A goal-oriented mindset and good organisational skills

  • Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
