Assistant HACCP Manager

Everything we do is underpinned by a food safety culture, championing a continuous improvement mindset, and ensuring that we have the right food safety management in place to give insights across the business, to maintain consistently high product quality. As Assistant HACCP Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring we deliver this, day in, day out.

You'll train and coach colleagues on HACCP principles, procedures and their role in maintaining food safety, as well as working to build their confidence in their knowledge and best practices when it comes to metal detection, seaming and sealing and thermal process, and foreign body reduction.

You'll have worked in food, preferably in food safety, and have gained an in-depth understanding of quality, and food safety. You'll take an analytic approach to problem-solving - as this will form a key part of your role. An analytical mind will also help you when it comes to spotting trends or identifying opportunities for improvement. Your eye for detail will help you ensure accuracy, including within documentation.

You'll have an appetite for learning - there'll be lots to learn, and you'll work with an experienced team to become an expert in the field.
