Full Job Description

  • Assisting our clients by covering gaps on their rotas to ensure they are not short staffed and that each resident gets the care they deserve.

  • We support vulnerable adults who live with conditions like; Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Conditions, Elderly Care, Challenging Behaviours plus other care categories.

  • We encourage & promote independence in the people we care for so that they can live their lives to the best of their ability.

  • We have a fantastic, supportive office team who are happy to support and encourage you as you develop your care career with us.

  • Each day you would; provide emotional support, help residents in and out of bed, provide personal care, write reports & update care plans, engaging residents in activities, assist at meal times and complete housekeeping tasks.

  • You must have valid RTW in the UK

    Cura Support Services is a trusted supplier of Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers into nursing homes, care home and supported living centres in Kidderminster.

    Competitive Pay Rates (up to £15ph inc. bank holidays)
