Full or Part Time

We are looking for a full or part time, committed and enthusiastic Teacher of music to join our well-resourced department, which achieves excellent results at all levels. The successful candidate will be required to teach music to KS3 and KS4. The ability to teach at KS5 would be desirable. This role is suitable for an ECT and we would welcome applications from current PGCE trainees.

We wish to appoint a colleague who:

  • The Piggott School music department:
  • Achieved 75% 4+ GCSE, 2023.

  • Achieved 50% A/B A-Level, 2023.

  • Arranges numerous concerts and performances throughout each academic year.

    The school is a mixed all-through Church of England Academy with 1871 on roll situated near Twyford, between Maidenhead and Reading.
